Year-end financial statements require processing large volumes of fiscal documents. This is manual, time-consuming and error-prone, and often slows down closing. Companies need a way to automatically structure fiscal data into a draft statement ready for review.
Approccio
We built a system combining Generative AI and traditional machine learning to scan and interpret fiscal documents, automatically recognizing costs and revenues types and mapping them to accounting categories to generate a structured draft of the fiscal budget.
Risultato
The system correctly classifies over 95% of items, producing an almost complete pre-compiled financial statement. Unrecognized items are flagged for review. This speeds up closing, reduces workload and improves accuracy.
