ISO/IEC 27001 Certification

NIS2 Directive Compliance
The NIS2 Directive aims to strengthen cybersecurity across Europe’s digital infrastructure. Sinte is actively aligning with these requirements, implementing proactive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats—ensuring service continuity and resilience.
GDPR Compliance
Sinte ensures full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), guaranteeing the lawful, transparent and secure processing of personal data belonging to clients, users and collaborators. Oversight is entrusted to an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure independence and minimize potential conflicts of interest.
Organizational, Management and Control Model
Sinte has adopted a 231 Model in line with Legislative Decree 231/2001, which establishes administrative liability for crimes committed in a company’s interest or benefit. The model includes internal procedures and controls to prevent unlawful conduct, ensure compliance and protect corporate integrity. A dedicated Supervisory Body (OdV) oversees its implementation and effectiveness.
